What if I can't be hypnostied?

Everyone goes in and out of hypnosis several times a day - a few examples: the stage just before sleep, when we're engrossed in the TV and in a zone, when we're driving and you've not noticed the last few moments of the journey. We can all be hypnotised to some degree. The level of trance does not affect the effectiveness of the method - you can be in the lightest of trances and you will get the same results.

What if I fall asleep during the session?

For much of the session we will be conversing. It's very infrequent, but sleep may come when you are listening to the Transformation Recording at the end of the session. If you were afraid you wouldn't wake up in time, then I recommend an alarm is set for 2.5 hours after the session begins.

Is it essential to listen to the Recording for 21 consecutive days?

Yes! The session will transform you, the Recording will make it permanent. In other words if you don't listen to the recording for 21 consecutive days the transformation will wear off, in the same way antibiotics won't work if you don't take the whole course.

Is the session as effective on Zoom as in person?

Absolutely! I can personally vouch for this I have experience of being the client on Zoom. After 5 mins you will have your eyes closed, so you are simply listening to my voice which can be coming from anywhere.
